For Specific Items 1 And 3: - Assessment Of Compliance With The Essential Requirements For The Constructions In All Parts Of The Work Investment Project, In Volume And Content According To The Zut, Including Assessment Of Compliance And Technical Control Of The Constructive Part According To Art. 142, Para. 10 Of The Zut And Preparation Of A Complex Report On The Performed Conformity Assessments. The Contractor Should Provide Assistance To The Contracting Authority In The Procedure For Agreeing And Approving The Investment Project And Issuing A Construction Permit For The Relevant Site; 5.2. For Specific Items 2, 4 And 5: - Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction Until Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Construction Within The Mandatory Scope Regulated In The Zut And The Bylaws On Its Implementation, Including Inspection And Control Of The Construction Products Delivered And Used In The Construction, With Which Ensures The Fulfillment Of The Basic Requirements For Constructions In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Under Art. 9, Para. 2, Item 5 Of The Law On Technical Requirements For Products, As Well As Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Construction Is Put Into Operation, Including Control Of The Quantities, Quality And Compliance Of The Construction And Installation Works Performed With The Contract For The Construction Of The Relevant Object, As Well As The Other Activities - Subject Of The Construction Contract; - Fulfilling The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator According To The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work During Construction And Assembly Works, Incl. Fulfillment Of All Obligations Of The Contracting Authority Provided For In The Mentioned Ordinance; - Preparation Of A Final Report On The Construction, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of Zut And Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 For The Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, And An Updated Technical Passport For The Construction Pursuant To Art. 176A Of Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of 2006 On Technical Passports Of Constructions; - Management Of Commissioning Processes Until The Issuance Of A Use Permit; - Bearing Responsibility Under Art. 168 Para. 7 Of The Zut Until The Expiration Of The Warranty Periods For The Relevant Types Of Smr. The Implementation Of The Activities, The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Should Be Carried Out In A High-Quality And Timely Manner, In Full Accordance With The Current Regulations And The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority.
