1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Entitled: Construction Of Five Model Nature-Based Solutions (Nbs) At Bus Stops In Katowice2. The Order Is Implemented Under The Eu Horizon 2020 Research And Innovation Program Under Grant Agreement No. 101003818 (Upsurge). The Main Goal Of Upsurge Is To Create A European Urban Regeneration Knowledge Beacon. The Project Aims To Enable Cities To Unlock Their Regenerative Potential By Providing The Right Knowledge, Support And Tools Necessary To Carry Out The Process Of Regenerative Transformation. Upsurge Focuses On Providing Evidence-Based Answers To Complex Environmental Problems. The Project Involves The Creation Of Model Solutions Based On Natural Systems (Nbs), Providing Innovative Technical Solutions Through The Use Of Multimodal Sensor Systems For Demonstration, Digitization Supported By Iot, And Simulations Demonstrating The Feasibility And Implementability Of The Proposed Solutions. Upsurge Supports Networking And Motivates Cities To Engage In The Process Of Regenerative Change. The Project Tries To Build A Community That Actively Works For Sustainable Development And Environmental Protection. The Implementation Of Nbs Aims To Create A Lighthouse Knowledge Center Enabling The Exchange Of Information And Best Practices Between Cities And Stakeholders. The City Of Katowice Will Implement The Nbs Network In Five Locations By Building Model Solutions In The Area Of Four Bus Stops And One Location On The Market Square. These Facilities Will Be Equipped With Specialized Sensors, Digitization And Information Devices. These Areas Will Be Developed With Greenery By Planting Ornamental Plants, Native Species And Plants Recommended And Adopted By The Upsurge Project Partners. Including: 1) Bill Of Quantities For General Construction Works, 2) Technical Description With Bioz Information, 3) Technical And Construction Drawings, 4) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works.
