Work Detail

The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Construction Works For The Task Titled: Modernization Of The Area Of The Former Stage And Fountain In The Municipal Forest At Ul. Chorzowska In Gliwice (Gbo) In The Design And Build System. The Order Includes: Design And Modernization Of The Area Of The Former Stage And Fountain In The Municipal Forest In Gliwice. The Investment Area Includes The Area Of Plot No. 395/2 And A Fragment Of Plot No. 22/7, orek District. The Investment Will Include: 1. Development Of A Complete Construction Design Including: Preparation Of A Land Development Design (Pzt); Architectural And Construction Design (Pab); Technical Design (Pt); Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; Bill Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimate; Obtaining All Required Approvals , Technical Opinions, Expert Opinions And Technical Tests; Preparing An Application And Submitting Notification Of Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit / Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit. Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In A Paper Version And In An Electronic Version. In The Paper Version, The Documentation Should Be Prepared In 4 Copies . In The Electronic Version, The Documentation Must Be Prepared In One Piece On Any Medium (Cd, Dvd, Pendrive).2. Construction Works: - Earthworks - Trenching; - Foundations; - Surfaces; - Electrical Works; - Renovation Of Natural Stone Walls; - Renovation Of A Warehouse Building; - Small Architecture: Bicycle Racks, Benches/Seats And Waste Bins; - Ornamental Plantings And Sowing Lawns. The Investment Will Cover Plot No. 395/2 And Partially No. 22/7 Rev. orek. The Assumptions For The Development Of The Area Include: - Preservation Of Most Of The Existing Pedestrian Routes; - Preservation Of The Shapes And Dimensions Of Buildings/Structures; - Preservation Of The Existing Trees, With Particular Emphasis On The Imperial Oak; - Avenues Along The Border Of Plot No. 70 Rev. orek Should Be Made As An Asphalt Road; - Two Of The Diagonal Paths Crossing The Clearing Should Be Made Of Loosely Laid Stone Slabs; The Third Diagonal Alley Will Be Eliminated; - The Remaining Alleys Will Be Made Of Paving Stones, After Correcting The Route; - Renovation Of All Natural Stone Walls, Introduction Of Seats; - Preservation Of The Stage With The Double Function Of A Small Stage - Intimate Stage And A Large Stage, With An Audience In The Meadow; Removal Of Part Of The Asphalt On The Raised Area And Replacement With Decorative Greenery On The Lower Level; Introduction Of Seats;- Renovation Of A Warehouse Building Intended For Servicing A Brine Graduation Tower;- Preservation Of The Fountain Bowl And Its Frame With A New Function - A Flowerbed With Decorative Low Greenery;- Replacement Of The Area Lighting Installation, Replacement Of 14 Light Points (Poles And Energy-Saving Fixtures) ;- Unblocking The Existing Rainwater Drainage System; - Securing/Transporting The Fountain Sculpture For Further Conservation Renovation, Stone Renovation At The Emperors Oak. All Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Art Of Construction, According To The Developed Construction And Executive Design, In Accordance With The Pfu. All Components Of The Documentation Tender, Such As: Pfu With Annexes And Swz With Annexes Constitute A Set. When Preparing A Tender Offer And Implementing The Subject Of The Order, All Elements Of The Documentation And Comments To The Swz Should Be Considered Together.
