Development Of A Complete Construction Design Including: Preparation Of A Land Development Design (Pzt); Architectural And Construction Design (Pab); Technical Design (Pt); Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; Bill Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimate; Obtaining All Required Approvals , Technical Opinions, Expert Opinions And Technical Tests; Preparing An Application And Submitting Notification Of Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit / Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit. Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In A Paper Version And In An Electronic Version. In The Paper Version, The Documentation Should Be Prepared In 4 Copies . In The Electronic Version, The Documentation Must Be Prepared In One Piece On Any Medium (Cd, Dvd, Pendrive).2.
