Cybinka, Plot Registration Number: 98/11, Area: Drzeniów (In The Design And Build Mode), The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Task I - Development, Based On The Functional And Utility Program Provided By The Ordering Party, Of The Design Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Project Along With Obtaining Necessary Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law (Decision On A Building Permit Or Notification Of The Execution Of Construction Works) And Any Other Necessary Decisions, Opinions And Arrangements Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment,2) Task Ii - Execution Of Construction Works Based On Developed Design Documentation, Completed With The Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.2. Design Documentation Should Be Developed In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Fup, Legal Provisions And Arrangements Resulting From The Terms Of The Contract Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor. Each Part Of The Documentation Must Have A Declaration By The Designer And The Checker That It Is Made In Accordance With Applicable Polish Regulations And Design Guidelines And Is Complete From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Is To Serve. The Design Documentation Must Include The Contractors Declaration Of Verification, Approval And Readiness For Implementation.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order (Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Order And Its Scope, Including The Scope Of Design Work And The Scope Of Works To Be Performed) Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Together With The Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Bill Of Quantities (Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu) Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz And The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
