The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In Carrying Out Conservation, Restoration And Construction Works At The Monument, Consisting In The Modernization Of The Building Of The Former Wilanowska Railway Station At Ul. Kostki Potockiego 31 Together With External Infrastructure, In Accordance With The Design, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Provisions Of Applicable Law In This Regard, As Well As The Principles Of Construction Art. The Order Was Described In The Technical Documentation Of The Architecture Studio Studium Sp. Z O. O. Modernization Of The Former Wilanowska Railway Station Building At Ul. Kostki Potockiego 31 Together With The External Infrastructure Will Include, Among Others: In The Scope Of Construction: • Renovation Of Foundations, Including Strengthening And Rebuilding • Drying Of Foundation Walls, Including Adding Mortar, Waterproofing And Insulation • Drying Of External Walls, Including Repairing Damaged Plasters • Renovation Of External Walls • Renovation Of Internal Walls With New Plastering• Demolition Of Several Internal Walls• Construction Of New Internal Walls• Replacement Of The Wooden Ceiling With A Reinforced Concrete, Prefabricated One In The Northern Wing• New Bricks And Mortar Additions Must Have Physico-Chemical Properties Adapted To The Existing Substance• Renovation Of The Façade, Conservation Works, Drying, Fungicide Removal, Filling Defects, Renovation Of Plasters, Restoring The Original Color• Rebuilding Of Chimneys• Partial Replacement Of The Roof Covering, Including Sheet Metal Flashings And Gutters• Repair, Local Replacement, Strengthening Of The Wooden Roof Structure• Replacement Of Thermal Insulation Of The Roof Slope• Implementation Of Thermal Insulation Under The Basement Ceiling• Reconstructive Replacement Of Window Joinery With The Addition Of Internal Insulating Glass• Reconstructive Replacement Of The Floor In The Main Hall And Replacement Of Floors In The Remaining Part Of The Building• Replacement Of The Surface In The Courtyard With A Surface Made Of Granite Cubes• Renovation Of The Fence Wall, Conservation Works, Drying, Removing Fungus, Filling Defects, Renovation Of Plasters, Replacement Of Roof Tiles, Restoration Of The Original Color, Waterproofing Of The Wall Foundations• Painting• Adaptation Of The Building To The Needs Of Disabled People By Installing A Ramp In The Courtyard And Creating Two Bathrooms Adapted For People With Disabilities: In The Northern And Southern Wings• Existing Polychromes Should Be Subject To Conservation Work With Particular Care, In Accordance With The Conservation Work Program• Conservation Work On Internal Stucco - Cleaning, Filling In Gaps, Painting Conservation - In Accordance With The Conservation Work Program• Cleaning, Conservation Work On The Boards Covering The Ceiling Beams - In Accordance With The Conservation Work Program• Cash Counters And Wainscoting - In Accordance With The Conservation Work Program. Scope Of Work In The Farm Building:• Roof Truss - In Accordance With The Conservation Work Program• Roof Covering And Sheet Metal Work - Execution Of New Sheet Metal Work, Including Two Downpipes Made Of Titanium-Zinc Sheet And Reconstruction Replacement Of The Damaged Ones Roof Tiles• External And Internal Walls - Filling Of Defects And Plastering, In Accordance With The Conservation Work Program• Building Three Internal Partition Walls• Foundation Walls - Horizontal And Vertical Insulation Of Both The Foundation Walls Of Utility Rooms And The Wall Surrounding The Yard Should Be Performed • Window And Door Joinery - In Accordance With The Conservation Work Program• Steel Gate And Steel Wicket - Recommended Repair And Anti-Corrosion Protection, In Accordance With The Conservation Work Program.
