1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of Light Sources In Luminaires At Ul. Świętojańska And At Plac Kaszubski, Consisting In The Delivery And Assembly Of Lighting Installation Elements Along With The Prior Dismantling Of The Existing Fixtures, Indicated In Annex A To The Swz. 2. Before Starting The Order, The Contractor Should Agree With Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Trolejbusowej Sp. Z O. O. Street Zakręt Do Oksywie 1, 81 – 244 Gdynia, Possibility Of Allowing Work Near The Traction Network. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Shall Bear Any Costs Of Authorization To Work On The Overhead Contact Line.3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Photometric Measurements On A Maximum Of Ten Road Sections Indicated By The Ordering Party (A Longitudinal Section Of The Road Bordered By Two Lamps Or At An Intersection). A Report With The Results Of Photometric Measurements Should Be Provided To The Ordering Party Before Replacing Light Sources In The Luminaires; Photometric Measurements Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Pn-En 13201:2016 Standard, B) Dismantling Of 208 Existing Albatros Type Luminaires And 180 Existing Retro Luminaires; Disassembly Of The Luminaires Should Be Planned And Carried Out In A Way That Ensures Continuity Of Lighting Operation, C) Delivery Of 208 New Led Modules For Albatros Luminaires And Installation Inside Existing Housings, D) Delivery Of 180 New Led Modules For Retro Luminaires And Installation Inside Existing Housings, E) Maintenance Luminaire Housings And Making Any Repairs To Ensure Their Proper Functioning During The Warranty Period, F) Retrofitting One Of The Lighting Supply Cabinets At Ul. Świętojańska With A Controller Enabling Remote Control Of Lighting Via A Web Browser And A Network Parameter Analyzer, G) After Replacing The Modules, Performing Photometric Measurements On The Same Sections Of The Road As Before The Replacement. Photometric Parameters, I.E. Average Illuminance And Average Uniformity Of Lighting After Replacing The Luminaires Cannot Be Worse Than Before The Replacement, H) Measuring The Effectiveness Of Protection Against Electric Shock For All Lanterns With The Mentioned Modules. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain The Continuity Of Lighting Operation During The Execution Of The Order . The Ordering Party Allows Up To 20% Of The Lighting Points To Be Replaced To Be Out Of Operation, And The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Dismantling Of The Luminaires From Both Poles Located On Opposite Sides Of The Street At The Same Time.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, The Conditions Of Its Implementation And The Contractors Obligations Are Included In The Annexes To The Swz: A) Annex No. A To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), B) Annex No. B To The Swz - Price Form, C) Annex No. C To The Swz - Technical Documentation, D) Annex No. 7 To Swz - Contract Template.
