The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of An Upgrade (Upgrading To Higher Versions) Of Vmix Software Licenses Owned And Used By The Lublin Conference Center In Lublin Or The Supply Of Equivalent Software.2. In The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Upgrade (Upgrade To Higher Versions) Vmix Software Licenses Owned And Used By The Lublin Conference Center In Lublin By Supplying License Codes Enabling The Upgrade Of Vmix Software Licenses To Higher Versions Or Delivery And Implementation Of Equivalent Software;3. List Of Licenses And Versions Of The Vmix Software Held By The Lublin Conference Center In Lublin That Will Be Covered By The Upgrade Service: 1) Upgrade Of The License From The 4K Version To The Pro Version - License No. Tmzdqfabekzb.2) Upgrade Of The License From The 4K Version To The Pro Version - License No. Ajqgnsjuttfn.3) Upgrade Of The License From The 4K Version To The Pro Version - License No. Mzmuvmtjumfy.4) Upgrade Of The License From The Basic Hd Version To The Pro Version - License No. Uwjrcfaffpjv.5) Upgrade Of The License From The Basic Hd Version To The 4K Version - License No. Zjauumzgsmeh.6 ) License Upgrade From Basic Hd To 4K Version License No. Cgwqaqkrfktk.7) License Upgrade From Basic Hd To 4K Version License No. Hmvvrgcxuevu.4. After Upgrading The License To Higher Versions, The Ordering Party Should Be Able To Download The Latest Versions (Updates) Of The Vmix Software For A Period Of 12 Months.5. If The Contractor Offers Equivalent Software, The Contractor Must Prove To The Ordering Party That All Equivalence Conditions Specified In Chapter Ii And Iii Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Met And Provide With The Offer: 1) Full Provisions Of The License For The Equivalent Product Together With Its Translation (If There Is No Original In Polish); 2) List Of Full Functionality Of The Equivalent Solution.6. If Equivalent Software Is Offered, The Contractor Is Additionally Obliged To: 1) Carry Out On-Site Implementation For A Minimum Of 2 Days, 6 Hours A Day, During Which Functionalities Will Be Presented To Users Along With An Explanation Of The Mechanisms Of Operation And Consequences Of Activating Individual Software Functions, 2) Provide Assistance With Two Events Organized By Lck In Lublin, During Which Equivalent Software Will Be Used7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To Swz.8. Whenever The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. Equivalence Consists In The Possibility Of Offering The Subject Of The Contract With No Worse Technical Parameters, Configurations, Normative Requirements, Etc.
