Prior Information Notice For Custom Software Development Services – Replacement Application For The National Radioactivity Monitoring Network (Nmr). The National Radioactivity Monitoring Network (Nmr) Consists Of Approximately 160 Measuring Stations Located Throughout The Netherlands. Gamma Radiation Is Measured At All Measuring Stations And Α/Β Radiation Is Also Measured At Ten Measuring Stations, With Different Types Of Equipment. The Measuring Stations Are Connected To A Wireless Network With Its Own Apn. Twenty-Five (25) Measuring Stations Have A Wired Connection In Addition To A Wireless Connection. A Vpn Has Been Set Up For This Measurement Network Over The Wired And Wireless Connections. The Measurements From This Measuring Equipment Are Now Processed On A Sensor Computer That Forwards The Measurements In A Standard Format To A Central Storage. The Measurements Are Presented To Users In An Application Called Nmr-3 (Version 3 Of The Nmr Application). This Application Should Be Replaced By What We Call Nmr-4. The Function Of The Nmr-4 Application To Be Developed Is To Retrieve The Measurements From The Central Storage And Present Them To Various Users On Maps, In Graphs And In Text Form. There Is A Need To Be Able To Interpret The Measurements, To Have Proper Registration And Handling Of Configuration Data, For Example, To Check And Validate Measurement Data And To Raise Alarms If Necessary. Management Employees Must Be Able To Manage The Measuring Network Via The Nmr-4: This Requires Insight Into Location Data, Contact Details And Technical Measuring Station Data, But Also Into The Infrastructural Design Of The Measuring Network. This Market Consultation Will Be Used, Among Other Things, To Find Out In What Form Nmr-4 Can Be Set Up. The Question Is Whether Functional Or Technical Specifications Need To Be Specified And Whether There Are Standard Solutions (For Parts).
