This Public Procurement Is Related To The Implementation Of Construction Supervision In The Sense Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) For The Site: Emergency Strengthening Of A Section Of The Municipal Road Lov1140 Oreshak Village - Cherni Osam Village - Stage 2: Strengthening Of A Wall From Stone Masonry. According To The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, The Selected Contractor Should Carry Out Construction Supervision According To Art. 168 Of The Zut. For This Purpose, It Is Necessary To Be Present During The Implementation Of The Construction And Installation Works During Construction. The Person Exercising Construction Supervision Is Responsible For The Legal Start Of Construction, The Complete And Correct Compilation Of Acts And Protocols During Construction, Execution Of Construction In Accordance With The Approved Investment Projects And The Requirements For Construction Under Art. 169, Para. 1, 2 And 3 Of The Territorial Planning Act. The Consultant Performing Construction Supervision Of The Site Is Required To Prepare The Construction Documents According To Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07. 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction. After Completion Of The Cmr Of The Site, The Consultant Should Prepare A Final Report To The Contracting Authority - Municipality Of Troyan For Putting The Site Into Operation. Pursuant To Art. 176 A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports Of Constructions, The Consultant Performing Construction Supervision Should Prepare And Submit A Technical Passport For The Construction. The Consultant Is Obliged To Regularly Visit The Construction Site And Monitor The Implementation Of The Site. The Execution Should Be According To The Attached Technical Specification.
