Construction-Site Supervision Services - Exercising Construction Supervision During The Construction Of A Site: Reconstruction And Repair Of The Water Supply And Sewerage Network Of The Town Of Belitsa, Municipality Of Belitsa - 1St Stage. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Related To The Implementation Of Consulting Activities For The Exercise Of Construction Supervision, In The Sense Of The Law On Territorial Development (Zut) And The Normative Documents Of Its Application For The Implementation Of Smr Under The Concluded Agreement No. Rd -02-30-111/ 21.12.2023 Between The Ministry Of Regional Development And Public Works And The Municipality Of Belitsa The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Order: • Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction For The Site Reconstruction And Repair Of The Water Supply And Sewerage Network Of The Town Of Belitsa , Municipality Of Belitsa - 1St Stage Until The Final Acceptance And Issuance Of A Permit For Use. • Compilation Of A Technical Passport Of The Object For Which Construction Supervision Was Exercised During Construction; • Preparation Of A Final Report To The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 168, Para. 6 Of Zut, After Completion Of The Construction And Assembly Works For The Site, For Which The Contractor Exercised Construction Supervision During Construction. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed In The Technical Specification Of The Employers Requirements.
