The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform Cleaning Up To A Height Of 2.5 M Above The Level Of The Sidewalks Of The Steel Bridge Structure Over The River. Wis a In The Town Of Pu awy Located Along The Provincial Road No. 874, Consisting Of: A. Removing Dirt Accumulated In Hard-To-Reach Places Of The Bridges Steel Structure (Junctions, Lower Belts, Columns) B. Washing The Bridge Structure Elements. C. Removing Graffiti From The Steel Structure Of The Bridge, Handrails, Abutments And Pillars D. Cleaning The Bridges Expansion Devices 3. The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Detail In The Appendix Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Sst. 4. The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Technical Specifications, In A Way That Guarantees Proper Quality. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Safe Conditions For Road And Pedestrian Traffic In The Area Of Services Covered By The Contract Based On The Temporary Traffic Organization Project. 6. Waste Treatment. A. Disposal And Management Of Waste Generated During The Service, In Accordance With Applicable Waste Regulations. All Costs And Liability Related To The Removal And Management Of The Generated Waste Are Borne By The Contractor. B. Together With The Invoice, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Document Confirming The Proper Management Of The Waste Generated. C. The Contractor Bears All Costs Related To The Removal And Proper Management Of Waste Obtained During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. D. It Is Prohibited To Throw Waste Generated As A Result Of Work Into Street Bins Intended For Collecting Municipal Waste, Located In The Road Areas Of The Cities Covered By The Order. 7. Inspection Of Services During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Will Inspect: A) The Quality Of The Work Performed, B) The Correctness Of Marking The Place Of Work And The Working Equipment And People. If It Is Found That The Task Has Been Incorrectly Performed, The Ordering Party Will Call On The Contractor To Remove The Defects, Which The Contractor Should Remove Within The Time Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Defects Are Not Removed Within This Time, The Ordering Party Will Charge A Penalty Specified In The Contract.
