General Procurement Notice for Electric Grid Flexibility Assessment The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and the Government of Belize (GOB) have entered into a Compact Development Grant Funding Agreement to support the development and facilitation of a Compact. The grant is in the amount of Ten Million U.S. Dollars ($10,000,000) (MCC Funding). The Government, acting through the Compact Development Team (CDT) Belize, and later through a Millennium Challenge Account (MCA Belize), intends to apply part of the funds to payments for contracts for goods, works and services.
