Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Auditing Services for a Period of Two Years Tender Objectives The School seeks to appoint an independent External Audit service provider to: A. Audit our financial statements for the periods 01st January 2021 to 31st December 2021 and 01st January 2022 to 31st December 2022. The financial statements year-end is 31 December 2021 and 31st December 2022 and are prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). B. Perform a Compliance Audit for the School. The key objectives of this appointment are: 1. fart A: To carry out a financial audit as per International Auditing Standards and express an independent opinion whether the financial statements prepared by the Schools Accountants give a true and fair view of the state of financial affairs of the organisation in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); 2. fart B: To carry out a Compliance audit to review how well the School is following regulatory guidelines and to help to identify corporate governance standards that need to be improved or changed to ensure compliance with regulations and the companys constitution. 3.
