The complete and detailed solution required is specified in the plans and specifications included in the tender documents. The contractor must have sufficient capability and capacity to complete the contract works and be sensitive to the requirements needed to work on an educational site. 1.Continuous Work: The construction site shall not be stopped, left unattended, or experience unnecessary interruptions. It is imperative to maintain a consistent workflow to minimize disruption to the school environment. 2. Staff Consistency: The main contractor shall ensure nominated staff members remain consistent throughout the duration of the project to avoid disruptions and maintain continuity. 3. Correspondence: All communication regarding the project shall be directed to Invision Project Consulting Ltd and not to the school directly. 4.
