Work Detail

3.1. Scope Of Work: The Subject Of The Order Is To Develop A Design For The Entire Construction Project And Obtain A Building Permit And Perform Construction Works For The Construction Of A Two-Story Service And Commercial Facility In The Design And Build Formula. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Determined By: Architectural Concept, Functional And Utility Program, Land Development Design Variant 013.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Architectural Concept And Land Development Design.3.3. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Develop A Full-Sector Technical And Executive Design For The Task Being Performed, Along With The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions And Obtaining Demolition And Construction Permits, 2) Fencing The Work Area, 3) Ensuring Constant Supervision And Control Of The Works Being Carried Out, 4) Ensuring Ongoing Support For The Work Performed, 5) Organization Of Construction Facilities, 6) Construction Insurance, 7) Performance Of All Activities Related To The Construction Of The Facility, In Particular: A) Construction Works Consisting Of Site Preparation, Demolition Of Existing Facilities, Construction Of A Two-Story Commercial Facility - Service Along With Land Development And Accompanying Infrastructure As Well As Installations, Technological Devices And Connections As Well As Area Drainage, B) Roads, Sidewalks And Squares, Elements Of Small Architecture, And Greenery, 8) Commissioning Of All Devices In Accordance With The Approved Design Documentation 9) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation , 10) Performance Of The Necessary Accompanying Works And Formal And Legal Activities Enabling The Commissioning Of The Completed Works - Including Technical Acceptance And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, As Well As Preparation Of Complete As-Built Documentation Indicating The Changes Introduced, 11) Performance Of All Other Works In Including Those Not Included In The Draft Contract And Accompanying And Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Securing The Area During The Work And Tidying Up The Area In The Area Of The Works After Their Completion, 3.5 The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards And On The Terms Agreed With The Contractor In The Contract.3.6 When Preparing The Offer, The Contractor Should Make A Site Visit To The Area Of Future Works, And Notify The Ordering Party Of The Date When He Plans To Carry Out A Site Visit. The Ordering Party Is Not Responsible For Any Possible Risks Incurred By The Contractor Resulting From The Lack Of Or Careless Conduct Of The Site Inspection. The Contractor Declares That He Has Read The Order Documentation And Does Not Raise Any Comments Thereon;
