The Construction Works That Are The Subject Of This Order Will In Particular Be Carried Out In The Scope Of: 1) Execution Of Demolition And Preparatory Works; 2) Execution Of Electrical Installation Works; 3) Renovation Of The Hospital Chapel; 4) Execution Of Gypsum Plasters; 5) Wiping Old Plasters With Scraping Off Old Paint;6) Filling Plaster Surfaces;7) Painting Rooms; In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. In Addition, The Ordering Party Stipulates That After Completing The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform: 8) Measurements, Tests And Checks Required By Law, As Well As An As-Built Inventory Of All Works Performed. 3. Due To The Fact That The Works Are Carried Out In An Active Facility, The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Contractor, Before Commencing The Works Covered By The Order, Is Obliged To Develop And Provide The Ordering Party With A Work Implementation Schedule. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree The Work Implementation Schedule With The Head Of The Technical And Operational Department Of The District Hospital In Zakopane Before The Commencement Of The Works, So As Not To Cause, Among Others, Excessive Inconvenience To Patients And The Work Of The District Hospital In Zakopane.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of This Order Includes: 1) Stwiorb - Annex No. 7 To The Swz - In The Part Containing Sets Of Requirements For The Execution And Assessment Of The Correctness Of Execution Of Individual Works; 2) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 8 To The Swz.5. The Ordering Party Informs That Whenever The Swz Descriptions, Including The Technical Documentation, Include: Names Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterize Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, If This Could Lead To The Privilege Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products, Then It Is Assumed That Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent And Should Be Treated Only As An Aid In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.6. The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Obtain The Final Effect In The Form Of Construction Works With The Functionality And Purpose Specified In The Swz, And Not To Perform Them Using Materials And Equipment Of A Specific Brand Or Manufacturer. For These Reasons, The Contracting Authority Has Exercised Due Diligence To Ensure That The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Not Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products. If, Despite This, It Turns Out That Such Indications Appear Anywhere In The Swz And In Its Annexes, They Should Not Be Treated As Requirements Relating To The Subject Of The Contract, And Should Be Considered Only As Informational Indications.7. The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 6 To Swz.8. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Construction Works That Are The Subject Of This Procedure Are Intended For Use By Natural Persons, Including The Ordering Partys Employees, And Therefore Require The Works To Be Performed Taking Into Account Accessibility Requirements For The Needs Of All Users, Including Ensuring Accessibility For Disabled People.
