1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Rooms On The 1St Floor Of The District Office Building As Part Of The Task Titled: Renovation Of The District Office Building In Włocławek At Ul. Cyganka 28 – Stage Ii. The Building In Question Is A Public Utility Facility Intended For The Needs Of Local Government Administration With Office Functions. The Investment Will Be Carried Out On Plots No. 86/8 And 86/2, Registration District Włocławek Km 46, Located At Ul. Cyganka 28 In Włocławek. The Existing Building, Part Of Which (1St Floor) Is Covered By The Study, Meets The Requirements Of The Local Development Plan. The Area Where The Building Is Located Is Located In The Conservation Protection Zone Of The Old Town District Of Włocławek, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under No. A/1560 Pursuant To The Decision Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Bydgoszcz Of September 30, 1957. The Building In Question, Due To Its Architectural And Historical Building Is Also Entered In The Municipal Register Of Monuments Under Number 154 (Former Ss Ursuline Seminary). The Facility Is Located On The Frontage Of Ul. Gypsy And Pl. Copernicus. The Buildings Plan Is A Polygon Based On A Trapezoid Adapted To The Compact Frontage Development. The Planned Reconstruction Of The 1St Floor Of The District Office Building In Włocławek Does Not Bring Any Changes To The Existing Land Development Or Facades. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Reconstruction Of The Rooms On The 1St Floor. For The Most Part, The Current Functional Layout Will Be Maintained - The Reconstruction Assumes The Construction Of New Openings To The Administrative Rooms And Between Them, As Well As Changing The Location Of The Public Toilet, Designed With A Division For Women And Men. The Scope Of The Planned Works Includes In Particular: - Preparatory, Demolition And Dismantling Works, - Piercings And Openings To Some Rooms, - Local Bricking Of Closed Door Openings, - Construction Of New Partition Walls In The Plasterboard Construction System, - Construction (Supplementing) Plasters, Plasters, Wall Coverings And Paint Coatings, - Replacement Of Door Frames, - Installation Of New Room Development Elements (Housing Of Installation Elements, Suspended Ceilings), - Modernization Of Central Heating, Water And Sewage Systems And Gravity Ventilation, - Installation Mechanical Exhaust Ventilation And Air Conditioning, - Modernization Of The Electrical And Telecommunications Installations, - Adaptation Of The First Floor To The Applicable Fire Prevention Regulations And Recommendations Of The State Fire Service. Construction Works Carried Out As Part Of The Task Will Be Carried Out In An Active Building. Due To The Need To Maintain The Continuity Of The Ordering Partys Work, It Is Recommended That The Construction Works Be Carried Out In A Way That Disrupts Its Work As Little As Possible. This Involves, Among Other Things, The Need To Ensure Fully Safe Access To The Building And Access To The Rooms Where Employees And Visitors Will Stay. The Contractor Undertakes To Organize Them In Such A Way As Not To Expose Employees And Third Parties To Dangers And Nuisance Resulting From The Works. Actions By The Contractor That Would Interrupt The Ordering Partys Activities Are Excluded. The Works Will Be Carried Out Based On The Work Schedule Agreed And Accepted By The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Basis For Determining The Lump Sum Price For The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Documentation And The Quantities Of Works Resulting From This Documentation. Note: The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Ordering Party Has Made Every Effort To Ensure That The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Any Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor. If A Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process Is Indicated In The Procurement Documents, It Is For Information Purposes Only. Where The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Procurement Includes A Reference To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Offering Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. In The Event Of Offering Solutions Equivalent To The Solutions Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Requirement Arising From Art. . 101 Section 5 And 6 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Subject Of The Order Should Take Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And Design For All Users. The Detailed Obligations Of The Contractor In The Implementation Of This Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Warranty And Guarantee Period Is The Evaluation Criterion Offers. The Minimum Warranty And Warranty Period Is 3 Years, The Maximum Warranty And Warranty Period Is 5 Years.2. Employment Requirements Based On An Employment Relationship In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law: Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Contract, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, Consolidated Text), I.E. Manual Workers And Their Performance Of: Preparatory, Construction, Demolition And Demolition, Dismantling And Bricklaying Works , Plastering, Painting, Carpentry, Finishing, Installation, Assembly.3.
