The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Replacement Of Door Frames With Ei 30 Doors; 2) Replacement Of Window Frames; 3) Separation Of 6 Bathrooms From Common Bathroom Spaces; 4) Replacement Of Tile Floors; 5) Replacement Of Tiles On Walls; 6) Replacement Of Plasters;7) Replacement Of Electrical Installations;8) Replacement Of Water, Sewage And Central Heating Installations.2. The Contractors Obligations Related To The Implementation Of This Order Also Include Additional Services Related To The Commencement, Performance And Completion Of Construction Works That Are The Subject Of This Order, Including In Particular: 1) Taking Over The Construction Site For The Duration Of The Works, Its Appropriate Preparation, Security And Maintenance;2) Obtaining, Purchasing And Delivering To The Place Of Execution Of The Order (Construction Site) Materials, Devices And Construction Products, Tools Or Other Types Of Equipment And Machines Necessary To Perform Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Order;3) Selection, Referral For The Execution Of Works And Maintaining Appropriate Construction Staff Throughout The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Works, Including Management Staff In The Person Of A Construction Manager With Authorizations To Perform Independent Technical Functions In Construction In A Specialty Authorizing To Manage Construction Works In The General Construction Industry And Works Managers With Authorizations To Perform Independent Functions Technical In Construction In A Specialty Entitling To Manage: Construction Works In The General Construction Industry (One Person), Works In The Electrical Industry (One Person) And Works In The Sanitary Industry (One Person), While The Duties Of The Manager Of The General Construction Industry May Also Be Performed By The Same Person Who Will Be Responsible For Function Of Construction Manager;4) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation;5) Carrying Out The Required Measurements, Tests And Checks Of Construction Equipment Built Or Otherwise Installed In The Execution Of The Works;6) Granting The Ordering Party A Minimum Of 60 Months Warranty (Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance, O Referred To In 13 Section 6 - 15 Of The Contract Template) For Construction Works Performed Under This Order, As Well As Materials, Devices And Construction Products Incorporated, Installed Or Otherwise Used In The Performance Of These Works;7) Removal Of All Defects And Faults Under The Warranty Granted And Under Liability Under The Warranty For Defects; 8) Others Specified In The Template Agreement And Other Annexes Of The Swz. 3.
