The Subject Of The Order Is The Conservation And Preparation For Exhibition Of Objects Transferred To The Mhp On Deposit By The Zamoyski Museum In Koz wka, Intended For Exhibition At The Permanent Exhibition Of The Polish History Museum In Warsaw. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Conservation Of Museum Objects, Taking Into Account Their Individual Character, Artistic Value And Historical Significance. Conservation Activities Undertaken By The Contractor Should Stop Further Deterioration Of The Museum Objects, As Well As Restore Their Proper Aesthetic Values, While Maintaining The Originality Of The Subject Of Conservation And Allow Them To Be Safely Displayed By The Ordering Party. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Perform In Particular The Following Works: Collection Of Museum Objects From The Owners Seat And Transport To The Contractors Conservation Workshop. Delivery Of Conservation Work Programs For Approval By The Ordering Party Within 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Contractor Will Take Into Account The Preliminary Work Programs For Individual Facilities Provided By The Ordering Party. Within 7 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Draft Conservation Work Program, The Ordering Party May Submit Comments On It Or Accept It. .Preparation Of Descriptive And Photographic Conservation Documentation Before, During And After All Conservation Works And Providing Each Object Separately With 2 Copies Of Paper Documentation And 2 Copies In Electronic Version (On An External Data Carrier). Both Versions Of The Documentation Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Resolution Of Documentary Photos Is At Least 300 Dpi, In A Minimum Format Of 15 X 21 Cm. Paper Weight For Photos: Minimum 150 G/M . Shots Before And After Conservation At Similar Temperature And Light Intensity.
