1) The Subject Of This Order Are Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, In The Scope Of Receiving, Sorting, Moving And Delivering Postal Items (Letter Items And Postal Parcels) And Their Possible Returns, Which Will Be Carried Out According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party On The Terms Specified In Generally Applicable Law. , In Particular The Provisions Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1640).2) The Services That Are The Subject Of The Order Include: A) Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic Regarding Letters, In The Scope Of Their Acceptance, Sorting, Movement And Delivery; B) Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic Regarding Parcels, In The Scope Of Their Acceptance, Sorting, Movement And Delivery; C) Delivery Of Returns To The Ordering Party, Confirmation Of Receipt And Undelivered Parcels (Shipments Letter And Postal Parcels), After Exhausting All Possibilities Of Their Delivery Or Delivery To The Addressee/Recipient3) The Detailed Scope Of Services That Are The Subject Of The Order And The Estimated Quantities Of Parcels Expected To Be Sent During The Execution Of The Contract Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) And The Assortment And Price Form (Appendix No. A And 1A To The Swz).4) The Quantities Of Shipments Specified In The Tables Of The Assortment And Price Form (Appendix No. 1A To The Swz) In Column D - Number Of Pieces - Were Estimated In Order To Calculate The Offer Price And Compare The Submitted Offers. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Actual Quantities Of Parcels Sent Will Result From Its Actual Needs And May Differ From The Quantities Given In The Tables.5) The Ordering Party Points Out That More Than 50% Of The Parcels Will Be Sent In Accordance With Art. 57 5 Point 2 Of The Code Of Administrative Procedure, Art. 12 6 Point 2 Of The Tax Ordinance, Art. 165 2 Of The Code Of Civil Procedure, Art. 83 3 Of The Law On Proceedings Before Administrative Courts (Registered Shipments With Confirmation Of Posting Having The Force Of An Official Document).6) Settlement Of Remuneration For The Provision Of Services Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made In Arrears, Based On Invoices Issued After The End Of Each Calendar Month Of Provision Of Services.
