The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design Documentation With Obtaining A Building Permit And Providing Authors Supervision For The Task Entitled: Construction Of The Social And Cultural Center At Ul. Turystyczna 3 Together With The Przyjaci Wyspy Sobieszewskiej Square At Ul. Turystyczna 1.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes All Works And Activities Necessary To Complete The Task, Including The Following Components Of The Design Documentation: 1) Two Variants Of Preliminary Concepts That Meet All The Guidelines Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. After Selecting One Variant By The Investment Stakeholders, It Will Be Prepared Final Concept;2) Final Program And Spatial Concept;3) Construction Design, Which Includes The Following Parts:A) Spatial Development Design (Pzt);B) Architectural And Construction Design (Pab);C) Technical Design (Pt);D ) Decision Of The Pomeranian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments Allowing For Construction;E) Arrangements And Opinions Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit;4) Decision Allowing For Construction;5) Executive Designs In The Form Of Separate Industry Studies;6) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works;7 ) Bill Of Quantities; 8) Investors Cost Estimate; 9) Extract From The Land Register, Valid As Of The Date Of Commissioning The Project; 10) Confirmation Of The Competent Authority Whether The Project Requires A Decision On The Environmental Conditions For Consent To The Implementation Of The Project; 11) Declaration Of The Authority Responsible For Monitoring Natura 2000 Areas; 12) Declaration Of The Competent Authority Responsible For Water Management.
