The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of Specialized Equipment For The Hemodynamic Laboratory In Accordance With The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To This Swz.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Type, Detailed Characteristics Of The Goods And Quantity, Is Specified In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. For The Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide A Free Deposit Of The Goods Referred To In Section. 1. Under The Conditions Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz, The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Goods To The Ordering Party In The Form Of A Supplement To The Commission Referred To Above And To Transfer The Ownership Of The Goods To The Ordering Party When They Are Collected By The Ordering Party From The Commission, And The Ordering Party Undertakes To Collect The Goods And Pay The Agreed Price (Remuneration) For The Goods Collected From The Commission. - Applies To Task No. 14. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Exercise The Option Right In The Event That The Delivery Of An Increased Quantity Of Goods Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Necessary Due To An Increase In The Number Of Health Services Provided By The Ordering Party And Thus An Increase In The Number Of Procedures Performed Using The Goods Or The Provision Of Health Services, The Implementation Of Which Results In Increased The Ordering Partys Demand For This Product.7. The Option To Exercise The Option Is Only The Right Of The Ordering Party And Does Not Constitute A Binding Obligation For The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party If The Ordering Party Fails To Exercise The Option Right.8. The Ordering Partys Exercise Of The Option Right Does Not Constitute An Amendment To The Contract And Will Not Require The Preparation Of An Annex To The Contract.
