The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Tools And Metal, Locksmith, Construction, Carpentry And Plumbing Materials For The Renovation And Maintenance Needs Of The John Paul Ii Catholic University Of Lublin.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Description Of The Subject Of The Order With Valuation.3. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Purchase 60% Of The Value Of The Subject Of The Order, The Purchase Of The Remaining 40% Will Depend On Its Own Needs, Which Cannot Constitute The Basis For Claims From The Contractor Due To The Unrealized Part Of The Contract.4. The Total Quantity Of Each Type Of Product Included In The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Given Quantity Of Goods Is An Estimate. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order A Smaller Quantity Of Goods Or To Resign From Some Products, Depending On The Needs Of The John Paul Ii Catholic University Of Lublin, Subject To Section 3.5. The Delivered Assortment Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Have The Approvals, Certificates, Quality Certificates Required By Law And Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Set Out In Applicable Law And Do Not Contain Carcinogenic Substances And Preparations. Products Should Have Safety Data Sheets And They Should Be Delivered Together With The Goods.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Quantitative Transfers Of Goods Between The Assortment Items Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.7. All Proper Names Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Determine The Minimum Acceptable Standard Of Quality Of The Subject Of The Order. It Is Allowed To Present Equivalent Solutions In The Offer, I.E. Proposing Products That Have No Worse Quality, Performance And Utility Features Than The Products Indicated By The Ordering Party, With Features No Worse Than Those Described In The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 8. If Qualitative And Quantitative Defects Of The Delivered Goods Are Found Or The Delivery Does Not Comply With The Assortment Specified Below, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace The Defective Goods With A New One, Free From Defects Or To Supplement Them. Shortcomings In Delivery, At Its Own Expense And Risk, Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Notification By The Ordering Party.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make Deliveries Using Its Own Transport, At Its Own Expense And Risk, Based On Notifications Submitted By The John Paul Ii Catholic University Of Lublin Through The Authorized Contact Person. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Unload And Bring The Delivered Goods To The Place Designated By Authorized Employees Of The Ordering Party.10. The Required Warranty Period For The Product Range Under Each Order Is At Least 12 Months. The Warranty Period For A Given Batch Of Products Starts From The Date Of Receipt.11. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Delivery Of The Goods And Is Obliged To Properly Secure The Goods During Transport.12. Successive Deliveries Can Be Made On The Ordering Partys Working Days Between 7:30 A.M. And 2:30 P.M.
