The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Van With A Device For Pressure Cleaning Of Sewage Systems, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order For The Purposes Of The Municipal Utilities Plant In Ochotnica Dolna. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Subject Of The Order: 1) Be Fully Operational, Without Physical Or Legal Defects, 2) Meet The Technical And Operational Requirements Detailed In The Opz, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Specification, 3) The Delivered Device For Pressure Cleaning Of Sewage Systems Should Be Manufactured In An Eu Country, Have Appropriate Ce Certificates4) The Offered Vehicle Should Meet The Requirements Of: A) The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law; B) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 31, 2022 On The Registration And Marking Of Vehicles, Requirements For License Plates And Templates Of Other Documents Related To Vehicle Registration;C) Polish Regulations Regarding The Admission Of A Vehicle To Traffic;D) Have An Approval Certificate And All Current Documents Allowing It To Be Used For Traffic.
