Transdev Group Won The Call For Tenders Launched By The Sud Region In December 2021, Relating To A Concession For Operating Services For The Marseille Toulon Nice Regional Railway Line. Transdev Rail Sud Inter-M tropoles, A Subsidiary Of The Transdev Group, Wishes To Acquire In This Context, Various Tools For The Operation And Maintenance Of Railway Rolling Stock As Part Of This Activity. For Information Purposes And For The Purposes Of Compliance Where Applicable, The Rolling Stock Concerned By The Services Covered Herein Are Train Sets Manufactured By Alstom In 2024 And 2025, Of The Omneo Premium Regio2n Model. The Maximum Overall Amount Of The Framework Agreement Is 140,000 Euros Excluding Taxes. The Total Duration Of Execution Of The Framework Agreement Is One (1) Year From The Effective Date Of The Latter. The Receipt Period Associated With The Services Covered By The Framework Agreement Is Indicated In Article 10.4 Of The Contract.
