The Public Order Is For The Supply Of Food Products For The Needs Of Nurseries And Childrens Kitchens In The Territory Of The Zapaden Region - Plovdiv Municipality And Includes Three Separate Positions: Separate Item 1 Supplies Of Milk And Milk Food Products; Separate Item 2 Supplies Of Meat And Meat Food Products, Fish And Eggs Separate Item 3 Deliveries Of Fruit And Vegetable Preserves And Packaged Food Products. The Supplies Of Food Products For The Needs Of Nurseries And Childrens Kitchens In The Territory Of Zapaden Region - Plovdiv Municipality Should Be Implemented By Dividing The Necessary Types Of Supplies Of Food Products Into 5 (Five) Separate Items: 1. Separate Item 1 Supplies Of Milk And Milk Food Products - Up To Bgn 69,173.40 Excl. Vat Respectively Bgn 83,008.08 Incl. Vat; 2. Separate Item 2 Deliveries Of Meat And Meat Food Products, Fish And Eggs - Up To Bgn 86,196.29 Excl. Vat Respectively Bgn 103,435.55 Incl. Vat; 3. Separate Item 3 Deliveries Of Fruit And Vegetable Preserves And Packaged Food Products - Up To Bgn 41,975.50 Excl. Vat Respectively Bgn 49,937.64 Incl. Vat; 4. Separate Item 4 Bread Deliveries - Up To Bgn 4,455.85 Excl. Vat Respectively Bgn 4,455.85 Incl. Vat; 5. Separate Item 5 Deliveries Of Fresh Fruits And Vegetables - Up To Bgn 44,560.28 Excl. Vat Respectively Bgn 53,472.34 Incl. Vat. The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Public Procurement, All Necessary Supplies Of Food Products That Will Be Awarded Is As Follows: Bgn 246,361.32 (Two Hundred And Forty-Six Thousand Three Hundred And Sixty-One Bgn And Thirty-Two Cents) Not Included Vat, Respectively, Up To Bgn 294,309.46 (Two Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Three Hundred And Nine Bgn And Forty-Six Cents) Including Vat. The Contracting Authority Makes A Decision To Assign Separate Item 4 Deliveries Of Bread And Separate Item No. 5 Deliveries Of Fresh Fruits And Vegetables In The Order Valid For Their Individual Estimated Value, On The Basis Of And In Compliance With The Order And Requirements Specified In Art. 21, Para. 6 In Connection With Art. 20, Para. 4 Of The Law On Public Procurement. Deliveries Of Food Products Are Aimed At: Providing Quality, Healthy And Nutritious Food For Children; Ensuring A Correct Feeding Regime For Children, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Health Act And The Normative Acts On Its Implementation; Improving The Quality And Conditions Under Which Children Are Fed; Increasing The Speed Of Delivery When Food Products Are Needed. The Execution Of All Deliveries On The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out After Previously Prepared Requests From Officials Working For The Respective Nursery Or Childrens Kitchen. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are According To: The Draft Contract; The Technical Specification; The Contractors Technical And Price Proposals For Each Specific Position.
