The High One Has Four Above-Ground Floors And Two Underground Floors On The West Side And Five Floors And One Underground Floor On The East Side /Due To The Unevenness Of The Terrain/. The Low Building Is One Storey With Two Underground Floors. The Original Purpose Of The Building Was A Dormitory Of A Mining Technical School In The Town Of Tvarditsa. Built In The Early 80S Of The 20Th Century. A Complete Reconstruction And Change Of The Purpose Of The Above-Described Building For The Needs Of The Municipal Administration Of The Town Of Tvarditsa, As Well As The Introduction Of Energy-Efficient Measures In The Building, Are Planned. In The First Stage Of Reconstruction, The Following Activities Are Included: Major Repair Of The Roof, Including Removal Of The Existing Thermal And Waterproofing And Laying Of New Waterproofing, Removal Of Old Cladding And Wooden Mortgage Parts On The Sides; Greasing In Case Of Collapsed Plaster To Restore The Foundation For Future Facade Insulation; Replacement Of Existing Wooden Windows With Low-Energy Pvc Glazing; Replacement Of Entrance Doors With Aluminum Ones; Replacement Of Existing Metal Storefronts With Aluminum Glazed With Low-Emission Glass; Laying Of Thermal Insulation - Expanded Polystyrene, Including The Laying Of Two Vertical Non-Combustible Strips On The Facade, Interrupting The Combustible Insulation, And Lightning Protection Insulation Is Planned To Pass Under Them, Laying Of Thermal Insulation - Graphite Expanded Polystyrene Is Planned; Turning Around Windows, Showcases And Doors; Laying Thermal Insulation - Mineral Wool; Installation Of A Solar Photovoltaic Installation For Own Needs, According To The Requirements Of The Technical Specification And Cs To It, As Well As Hvac Installations In The Multi-Purpose Hall, Meeting Hall, Offices, Common Spaces And The Technical Rooms Serving Them.
