The Subject Of The Order Includes Carrying Out Engineering - Design, Construction And Installation Works And Authors Supervision, Handing Over The Object With A Constitutive Act (Form 15) To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction According To Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Signed Without Comments And Warranty Maintenance Of The Object, According To The Current Legislation And In Accordance With The Developed And Approved Investment Project. In The Implementation Of This Public Procurement, The Following Activities Should Be Carried Out: Activity 1 – Preparation Of A Technical Project The Project Should Provide A Comprehensive Concept For The Realization Of The Site And Serve To Fully Clarify The Necessary Construction And Assembly Works For Its Realization. Activity 2 - Implementation Of Cmp The Implementation Of The Construction And Assembly Works Provided For In The Technical Project Begins After Signing The Protocol Sample 2 For The Opening Of The Construction Site And Ends With The Signing Of The Act Sample 15. The Contractor Removes Any Defects During The Warranty Period Of The Construction.
