Sports Facilities Operation Services Service Concession Relating To The Management Of The La Chapelle Dabondance Ski Area. The Organizing Authority Entrusts The Concessionaire With The Development, Operation And Delegated Management Of The Alpine Ski Area In The Municipalitys Territory, The Ski Lift And Production Snowmaking Networks Assigned To This Area. The Scope Of The Concessioned Ski Area Includes All The Sites Located In The Territory Of The Municipality Of La Chapelle-Dabondance, Namely The Sectors Of Braithaz And Cr t-Beni Allowing The Connection With The International Area Of Portes Du Soleil Via Torgon And Ch tel. These Two Sectors Can Operate Independently Of Each Other. Concerning The Connection With Portes Du Soleil And Ch tel, This Connection Can Be Made In Two Ways: - On Skis, Subject To The Continued Operation Of The Torgon Lifts - By Road Shuttle, The Concessionaire Is Therefore Asked To Assume, For Winter Activities: - Management, Operation, Upkeep And Maintenance, Investment In The Entire Ski Lift Park Located On The Territory Of The Municipality; - Upkeep, Maintenance, Operation And Maintenance In Good Working Order, Investment In Installations And Equipment Related To Artificial Snow; - Development And Creation Of Fun Spaces During The Winter Season For Beginners And Families, As Well As Boardercross And Snowpark Areas; - The Development, Tracing, Maintenance, Marking And Grooming Of Hiking/Snowshoeing Trails And Ski Touring Routes Leaving (After Transport By Ski Lift) Or Arriving On The Concessioned Ski Area; - The Maintenance Of A Close And Distant Network Of Passive And Active Protection Against Foreseeable Natural Risks, In Particular Avalanches, The Organization, Maintenance And Implementation Of A Rescue System For Users Of The Ski Area, Under The Responsibility And Control Of The Administrative Authorities And Of Police, Concerned; - In Addition To Existing Public Transport, Strengthen The Bus Connection To Ch tel In Order To Allow Access To The Portes Du Soleil For Customers Staying At La Chapelle Dabondance And Their Return By A System Of Ski Shuttles, Access To Which Will Be Reserved For Holders Of A Portes Pass. Du Soleil Or Liberty Furthermore, The Concessionaire Will Be Asked To Assume, For Summer Activities: - The Development And Operation Of Activities Compatible With The Allocation Of Spaces Included In The Perimeter Of The Concession; - Management And Maintenance Of The Structures Operated Under These Activities; - The Development And Maintenance Of Mountain Bike Circuits And Trails, Hiking And Mountain Bike Trails On The Concessioned Municipal Area; - Management, Maintenance, Regulatory Controls And Security Of Hiking Routes On The Concessioned Municipal Perimeter
