The Contract Subject To The Procedure Is Said To Be Composite, It Includes: - The Services And Supplies Covered By The Contract Paid For By A Global And Fixed Price That Can Be Revised To Take Into Account Economic Variations According To The Terms Provided For In Ccap. The Details Of The Fixed Price Are Specified In The Breakdown Of The Overall And Fixed Price; - The Services And Supplies Defined In The Unit Price Schedule, Also Revisable, Subject To A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L.2125-1, R.2142-9, R.2162-1 Et Seq., And Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R.2162-13 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of One Hundred Thousand Euros Excluding Taxes (100,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax) Over The Total Duration Of The Contract. The Framework Agreement Is Single-Awarded. The Contract Includes A Firm Tranche (Tf) And An Optional Tranche (Toe1), The Services And Supplies Of Which Are Remunerated By A Global And Fixed Price Which Is Revisable To Take Into Account Economic Variations According To The Terms Provided For In Ccap. The Firm Tranche (Tf) Concerns Stages 1 To 6, It Is Remunerated By A Global And Revisable Fixed Price Indicated In The Commitment Document And Detailed In The Dpgf Tf. The Lines Subject To Counting And Their Distribution By Stages: - Stage 1 (Bpv Lot): Lines 110 00, 062 000 And 111 000; - Stage 2 (North Alsace Lot): Lines 145,000, 146,000 And 159,000; - Stage 3 (Champagne Ardenne Lot): Line 205,000; - Stage 4 (Lot Nord Lorraine): Lines 161,000 And 163,000; - Stage 5 (Lot Lorraine): Line 085 000; - Stage 6 (South Alsace Lot): Lines 119,000 And 130,000. The Optional Tranche (Toe1) Concerns Line 042000, It Is Remunerated By A Global And Revisable Fixed Price Indicated In The Commitment Document And Detailed In The Dpgf Toe1. The Optional Tranche Must Be Confirmed Within The Deadlines Provided For In Article 1 Of The Deadlines And Milestones Annex.
