Museum-Exhibition Services Conception, Design Planning, Implementation Planning, Tendering And Construction Management Of A Permanent Exhibition For The New Building Of The World Museum Of Printing Gutenberg Museum Mainz. The Services To Be Awarded Are The Conception, Planning, Tendering And Project Management Of The Scenography/Museography Of The New Permanent Exhibition For The New Building Of The World Museum Of Printing - Gutenberg Museum In Mainz. In Addition To Approximately 2000 Square Meters Of Exhibition Space (Including 50 M Treasury), The Following Areas (Around 320 Square Meters) Must Also Be Designed And Planned Across All Phases Of Work: Staging Elements In Transition Areas Or Path Areas, If Necessary Stairwells, Air Space, Museum Shop, Equipment/Furnishing Foyer Area (E.G. Counters, Checkout Areas), Museum Education, Etc. The Scope Of Services Also Includes The Entire Lighting Planning For The Permanent Exhibition Areas And The Temporary Exhibition Area With The Exception Of Cleaning Lights, Emergency Lights And Escape Route Lighting. The Scope Of Services Also Includes The Wayfinding System For The Exhibition Tour. For The Calculation, An Applicable Budget Of 12.5 Million (Net) Is Assumed. In Addition To The Implementation Costs, This Also Includes The Planning Costs As Well As The Values Of Reusable Showcases And, If Necessary, Other Reusable Elements From The Inventory (Temporary Transition Exhibition). The Services Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Core Service Profile According To Hoas (2) (See Attached Documents). The Overall Contract Also Includes The Following Services (Clarification In Addition To The Core Service Profile / Some Special Services): Planning Parallel To The Building Construction/New Building, Comprehensive And Proactive Coordination With The Other Specialists Involved Including The Curation Of The House, Final Drawings / Typesetting (Graphics). Depending On The Concept, Infographics Or Wall Graphics Are Also Expected For The Graphic Area. In Service Phases 2 And 3, Essential Areas (Room Impressions, Highlight Productions) Of The Scenography Must Also Be Visualized As A Rendering. The Commissioning Is Carried Out In Stages, Initially For Performance Levels 1 And 2. The Commissioning Of The Further Performance Levels Is Subject To The Approval Of The Committees To Release The Budget Funds. Further Details Are Described In The Contract (See Attached Documents).
