Laying Bricks And Other Construction Materials, To Build Walls, Walls, Vaults, Chimneys And Other Works, Laying Bricks Of Refractory Material, To Build And Make Repairs; Build Street Sidewalks And Curbs; Coating The Walls, Walls And Facades Of Buildings With Cement Mortar, Plaster Or Similar Material; Check The Characteristics Of The Work By Examining The Plan, Studying The Best Way To Do The Work; Mix The Appropriate Quantities Of Cement, Sand And Water To Obtain Mortar To Be Used In Laying Mortar, Bricks, Tiles And Similar Materials; Build Foundations, Walls And Other Similar Constructions, Laying Bricks Or Stones In Rows Or Following The Indicated Design And Shape And Joining Them With Mortar; Tow The Built Structures, Paying Attention To Their Plumb And Leveling; Carry Out The Construction Of Boca De Lobo, Gutters With Grates To Capture Rainwater From The Streets, With The Assistance Of The Construction Foreman (When Applicable); Carry Out Corrective Maintenance Work On Buildings, Sidewalks And Similar Structures, Repairing Walls And Floors, Replacing Tiles, Sanitary Appliances, Shackles And Others; Provide And Monitor All Construction And Repair Services In Administration Buildings And Other Locations Indicated By The Department Of Works; Recover Finishes, Maintaining The Existing Original Standard (Replacing Floors, Ceramics, Tiles, Linings) And Others; Carry Out Small Repairs And Emergency And/Or Preventive Repairs In Order To Keep The Original Structure Always In Perfect Condition For Use; Demolish Walls And Floors To Replace Installations, Electrical Pipes And Built-In Sanitary Ware, And General Restoration, Maintaining The Original Standard; Perform Assentam Services
