Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Ppp Transaction Advisory Services for the Construction of an Office Complex for Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority (Macra) in Lilongwe The Public Private Partnership Commission (PPPC) on behalf of the Government of Malawi, wishes to engage the services of a qualified consulting firm to provide PPP transaction Advisory Services for the Construction of an Office Complex for Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority (MACRA), (The Authority) which will include a shopping mall and Accommodation facilities in Lilongwe City, Central Region of Malawi. 2. MACRA was established pursuant to Section 4 of the Malawi Communications Act, Cap 68:01 of the Laws of Malawi to regulate and monitor the provision of communications services and ensure that, as far as it is practicable, reliable and affordable communications services are provided throughout Malawi.
