Tenders are invited for Procurement for Quantity Surveying Services for the Development of the Jimmy Cliff Boulevard Scope of Works includes but is not limited to: 1. Prepare preliminary estimates based on preliminary designs. 2. Review designs and specifications from Architects and Engineers and prepare Internal Estimates based on detailed designs. 3. Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BQ) for the Project in MS Excel format. The BQ should be: a. Editable b. Priced BQ for tender processes c. Blank BQ for tendering Purposes 4. Develop contract/tender document that should include at a minimum the following: a. Preliminaries b. Project Specifications c. General Works d. Days Works (if applicable) e. General Summary f. Contract Data Sheets g. Labour Content Percentage - Blank Form h. List of all Provisional and Prime Cost Sums. These Provisional and Prime Cost Sums are to anticipate to kept at a minimum as the TEF detailed design of works. i. Contingencies to incorporate for variations, inflation, fluctuations and unknown project risks. j. Bill of Quantities for the project k. Pre-tender estimate for the works I. Any other information is required. 5. Attend and participate in the evaluation (as needed) for contractors bids. 6. Prepare tender evaluation report.
