Quotation are invited for Two Years Framework Agreement of Maintenance Generators Two Years Framework Agreement of Maintenance Generators in Duhok (Domiz, Derabon, Bardarash and Gawilan camp) and any locations requested by NRC within the Duhok Governorate This tender is a Two-Envelope process. NRC Iraq will follow the Two envelope process for this procurement. Therefore, please submit your quotation following the requirements detailed in the RFQ. Remark 1- The Bid, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the Bid shall be written in English. 2- Offers must be submitted through the eTB system, and before the RFQ deadline expires. It will not be possible to submit your bid after the deadline or outside the eTB system. - The Contractor shall be paid 100% post payment upon performance in the agreed instalments; - All the payments shall be done exclusively in the national currency of Ukraine (UAH) by means of a bank transfer to the bank account of the Contractor; - All the payments shall be done exclusively for the actually performed services (up to), on the ground of reports accepted by GIZ; - All the activities shall be done exclusively within the timeframe of the Contract; - The Contractor shall be responsible for all taxes and other payments according to the Ukrainian law. Taxes, levies or fees to the Government of Ukraine shall be paid by the Contractor; - All the payments shall be done on the ground of the scanned invoices and acts of acceptance submitted in digital form within 15 working days after their submission by the Contractor and acceptance by GIZ.
