Expression of Interest are invited for Jamaica Broadband PPP: Environmental & Social Consultant The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, has been contracted by the Government of Jamaica (GoJ), to advise on the development of a National Broadband Network under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement (the Project). To support in the delivery of the advisory mandate, IFC seeks to hire an Environmental and Social Consultant to assist in a multi-phased approach, consisting of due diligence and implementation, of the Project. Due diligence tasks will include review of all available E&S related information, E&S risk assessment, gap analysis, stakeholder mapping, climate change impacts, outline mitigation measures and structuring options.
