The full project will include civil works in line with stormwater design, earthworks for the foundations of the main frames in line with geotechnical assessment, the erecting of the main canopy structure and install of external cladding. The intention of this project is to engage a main contractor on a design and building contract, this will allow for the detailed design to take place post tender and the building consent lodged prior to construction commencing.
