Work Detail
All Works Are To Be Constructed To The Specifications Provided By The Principal And/Or To Current Australian Standards Where Applicable. The Works Include Electrical, Drainage, Civil, Landscaping, Irrigation And All Other Relevant Trades Required To Complete This Work.The Principal Reserves The Right To Award The Contract Works To One (1) Contractor Or Separate Contractors At Its Absolute Discretion. It Is Anticipated That This Work Will Be Awarded To One (1) Contractor. Key Deliverables Prior To Commencing Works Onsite Are As Follows: Attendance To Key Project Commencement Meetings Attendance And Contribution At Mandatory Risk Workshop For The Development Of The Project Risk Register Provision Of The Following Management Plans.Osafety Management Planoquality Management Planotraffic Management Plan Oproject/Construction Management Plan (Including Construction Methodologies) Supply And Ongoing Management Of Detailed Delivery Program
