Drawing Up A Pre-Smp, Including A Municipality-Wide First Phase Compensation Plan For Large Maternity Facilities And Associated Monitoring Plan. The Compensation Statement Has Already Been Calculated. 2. Applying For A Pre-Smp Exemption From The Province Of Drenthe. 3. Directing And Monitoring The First Phase Compensation Plan For Large Maternity Homes. 4. Carrying Out The Ecological Research Required For The Smp (0 Measurement). 5. Drawing Up The Smp Including (Possible) Second Phase Compensation Plan, Monitoring Plan And Management And Administration Plan. 6. Direction And Monitoring Of The (Possible) Second Phase Compensation Plan. 7. Applying For An Area-Specific Exemption Under The Nature Conservation Act (Wnb) From The Province Of Drenthe On The Basis Of The Smp. -
