The Implementation Of The Public Order Covers Activities For The Supply Of Net Active Electricity Energy And Selection Of A Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For The Needs Of The Agricultural Institute - Shumen. The Term Of Execution Of The Contract Is 12 (Twelve) Months, Counted From The Confirmation Of The First Registered Schedule For The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy. The Contractor Shall Notify The Contracting Authority In Writing To Confirm The Date Of Registration Of The First Registered Schedule. There Is An Option To Extend The Contract By Up To 4 (Four) Months, In The Event That, Upon Expiry Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority For Objective Reasons Has Not Been Able To Complete The Procedure For Determining A New Contractor To Carry Out The Deliveries Under This Procedure. This Contract Remains In Force Until The Final Completion Of The Procedures And The Conclusion Of A New Contract, But Not More Than 4 (Four) Months. Based On The Amount Actually Consumed For The Previous 12 (Twelve) Months, The Contracting Authority Forecasts The Necessary Amount Of Electricity For The Period Of Execution Of This Public Procurement. The Total Estimated Amount Of Consumed Electricity For The Term Of The Contract Without Included Option Is 400 Mw/H (For 12 (Twelve) Months), According To The Technical Specification. The Total Estimated Quantity Of Electricity With Included Option To Extend The Term Of The Contract By Up To 4 (Four) Months Is 534 Mw/H (For 16 (Sixteen) Months). The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Does Not Commit The Contractor To Use It. The Client Has The Right To Use A Larger Or Smaller Amount, And The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Required Amount Of Electricity Per Day, Per Month And For The Entire Period Of The Contract.
