The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery Of Net Active Electrical Energy And Selection Of A Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For The Needs Of Diagnostic-Consultative Center Iii - Varna Eood. The Consumption Of Electricity For One Calendar Year In Diagnostic-Consultative Center Iii - Varna Eood Is Approximately 475.60382 Mwh. The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement For The Term Of The Contract Is Determined On The Basis Of The Amount Of Electricity Consumed During The Past Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months. The Price Of Electricity Is Determined In Bgn/Mwh. The Price For 1 Mwh Of Low-Voltage Active Electrical Energy, Which The Contracting Authority Will Pay, Is Determined As The Weighted Average Monthly Price For Base Load For The Reporting Month On The Day Ahead Market Of The Bulgarian Independent Energy Exchange Ead For 1 Mwh Of Active Electrical Energy In Bgn Without Vat The Value Of The Allowance Fixed For The Entire Term Of The Contract In Bgn Without Vat Is Added. The Participants Offer A Fixed Allowance For 1 Mwh, Which Cannot Exceed 12.50 (Twelve Bgn And 50 Cents) Without Vat Pursuant To Art. 72, Para. 1, Item 2, If One Or Two Bids Are Accepted For Evaluation, The Contracting Authority Accepts The Sum Of Bgn 5 As A Basis For Comparison. In The Event That A Participant Presents An Offer With 20 To 100 Favorable From The Basis Of Comparison, The Investor Shall Apply The Provisions Of Article 72 Of The Zop.
