Tenders are invited for Selection of Consultant for PR Services in the United Kingdom. 1. The Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority (MTPA) is proceeding with a Request for Proposal and is inviting qualified and eligible Consultants to submit their proposals for Public Relations Services in the United Kingdom. 2. The Request for Proposal Document may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://publicprocurement.govmu.orgwith Procurement Reference Number MTPA/OAB/2024/29 3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System as per key Activity Schedule. 4. Bidders who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as per Key Activity Schedule. 5. Bids received will be opened online on Wednesday 24 April 2024 at 16.01 hr (Mauritian time) as per the Key Activity Schedule. 6. An online pre-bid meeting is scheduled on Friday 29 March 2024 @ 11:00 hr (Mauritian time). Interested parties must notify their participation in the pre-bid meeting by email: [email protected] Wednesday 27 March 2024 at latest so as to receive the zoom meeting link. 7. For the purpose of submitting proposals online on e-Procurement System, it is mandatory for bidders to use a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) which can be procured through the Mauritius Post by applying online on the website https://www.mausign.govmu.org 8. Bidders are advised to procuretheir DSC well before preparing their proposals. 9.
