Work Detail

5.1. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Procedure Is The Construction Of A District Road Connecting Dp 1080F With Dp 1079F In The Design And Build Formula.5.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Design Documentation Along With Obtaining A Road Investment Permit (Hereinafter Referred To As Zrid) On Behalf Of The Employer, To Perform Construction Works On The Basis Of The Prepared Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, And To Exercise Authors Supervision Over The Performed Construction Works, In Accordance With Provisions Of The Agreement (Including The Requirements Contained In The Terms Of Reference And Its Annexes) And The Submitted Offer5.3. Brief Description Of The Subject Of The Order Covered By The Documentation: 5.3.1. The Section Covered By The Study Is Located Between The Existing Dp 1080 F And The Existing Dp 1079 F. The Road Will Connect The Town Of Lubiesz w With Konin aga ski. 5.3.2. The Areas In The Area Of The Planned Road Are Currently Undeveloped, Covered With Grass And Mostly Forests. The Route Was Included In The Footprint Of An Existing Dirt Road With A Fire Protection Function Managed By The aga Forest District. At Km 2+286.71 - 2+311.79 The Road Runs Through The Railway Area Managed By Pkp. The Areas Intended For Investment Are Not Covered By The Provisions Of The Local Area Development Plan.5.3.3. As Part Of The Task, It Is Planned To Build A Road With A Bituminous Surface 5.50 M Wide (And Widening Resulting From The Radii Used On The Route Curves) With 1 M Wide Shoulders.5.3.4. In Undeveloped Areas, The Road Is Drained Into Single Or Double-Sided Roadside Ditches Requiring Regular Cleaning To Ensure Flow Between The Designed Culverts.5.3.5. All Exits Located On The Road Route Should Be Made Of Asphalt Concrete. Culverts Have Been Designed Under Each Exit. 5.3.6. This Investment Assumes The Construction Of New Road Lighting On A Section 100 M Before And 100 M After The Rail-Road Crossing.5.3.7. The Investment Includes The Existing Technical Infrastructure, Which Consists Of Above-Ground And Underground Power And Telecommunications Lines. 5.3.8. Technical Parameters Of The District Road Technical Class: Z Design Speed Vp Outside The Development Area: 50 Km/H Width Of Lanes: 2X 2.75; Roadside Width: 1.00 M, Traffic Category Kr3, Load 115 Kn/Axle, 5.3.9. The Scope Of Work Covered By The Documentation Prepared By The Contractor Includes In Particular: A) From The Beginning Of The Study To The End, A New Wearing Course Structure Should Be Made Of Sma11 Thickness. 5Cm, Binder Layer Of Ac11 Asphalt Concrete, Thickness 6 Cm, Sub-Base Made Of Ac22p Asphalt Concrete, Layer Thickness 8 Cm, Main Sub-Base Made Of A Mixture Unbound With C90/3 Aggregate, Fraction 0/31.5 Mm, Auxiliary Sub-Base Made Of Cement-Stabilized Soil (Rm=2.5 Mpa) B) The Roadsides Should Be Made Of Mixture Of Unbound Aggregate C90/3, Fraction 0/31.5 Mm C) Green Areas Should Be Supplemented With Humus Of A Minimum Thickness Of 15 Cm, Sown With A Mixture Of Low Grasses. D) In Order To Improve Road Safety Conditions, It Is Necessary To Install Energy-Absorbing Barriers Wherever There Is A Difference Between The Road Crown And The Ditch Is More Than 3.5 M, E) Bituminous Width Of The District Road Road, Ultimately 5.5 M; F) Individual Exits - Asphalt Concrete Surface, Slopes 1.5:1.5; G) Public Exits, Bituminous Surface, Arched With Required Radii In Accordance With Industry Guidelines; H) Horizontal Road Curves Adapted To The Terrain Parameters; I) In The Strip The Planned Road And Its Vicinity There Are Technical Infrastructure Devices, I.E. Telecommunications Devices. The Contractor Must Take Into Account The Possibility Of Other Uninvented Networks Occurring. J) Superelevation On Horizontal Curves Adjusted To The Parameters Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport And Maritime Economy Of March 2, 1999.K) Numerous Underground Culverts Under The Exits Will Be Located In Undeveloped Areas, L) Rebuild Any Collisions Encountered) Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works Is The Responsibility Of Contractors.Attention! It Is Recommended To Conduct A Site Visit Before Commencing The Proceedings In Order To Properly Assess And Price The Offer Due To Significant Forest Cover And A Railway Crossing.5.4. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In The Pfu. Pursuant To Art. 103 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Documents Included In This Functional And Utility Program Were Developed In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional Program Utility.5.5. The Quality Of Materials, Products And Elements Delivered To The Construction Site Must Comply With The Standard Requirements, Approvals, Certificates Of Approval For Use And The Provisions Of The Technical Design As Well As The Requirements Contained In Swz.5.6. Where The Swz Indicates The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 And 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Information In Point 5 Of Volume I Swz - Idw, Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of Works In Accordance With The Fup And Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Swz.5.7. Equivalence Of Materials And Equipment 5.7.1. If The Ordering Party Has Described The Subject Of The Order By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, It Should Be Understood That Equivalent Solutions May Be Used.5.7.2. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Construction Materials That Are Listed In The Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities And Detailed Technical Specifications, Provided That The Equivalent Materials Will Have At Least The Same Technical Parameters Or Better Than The Materials Listed In The Above-Mentioned Documents. 5.7.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Offered Supplies (Equipment And Construction Materials), Services Or Construction Works Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 5.7.4. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Products Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. 5.7.5. By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. Therefore, The Use Of Manufacturer Or Product Names Is For Example Purposes Only. If The Ordering Party Has Indicated The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, It Also Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features, At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Accepting Every Product With The Indicated Parameters Or Better. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Appropriate Documents Authenticating These Materials Or Devices. 5.7.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove That The Offered Materials/Works Are Equivalent To Those Specified By The Ordering Party. 5.8. If It Is Necessary To Perform, In The Implementation Of This Subject Of The Contract, Using Motor Vehicles Within The Meaning Of Art. 2 Point 33 Of The Act Of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law, Contractor:5.8.1. Is Obliged To Adapt To The Requirements Arising From The Provisions Of The Act Of January 11, 2018 On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels (Journal Of Laws 2019.1124, As Amended);5.8.2. Starting From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, He Is Obliged To Ensure That The Share Of Electric Vehicles Or Natural Gas-Powered Vehicles In The Fleet Of Vehicles Used To Perform This Order Is In Accordance With Art. 68 Section 3 Of The Act Of January 11, 2018 On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels, Based On Art. 36A Of This Act;
