The Subject Of This Order Are Renovation And Construction Works Consisting In Completing The Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Building Along With Replacing One Lifting Device In Order To Adapt The Facility To The Users Needs. The Study Includes The Demolition Of Marked Partition Walls And Re-Separation Of Rooms, Insulation Of Part Of The Building, Replacement Of The Lifting Device, Replacement Of Windows And Doors In The Upper Part, Removal Of The Triangular Bay Window From The Side Of The Street. Mickiewicza, Adapting The Building To The Needs Of People With Special Needs, Changing The Location Of The Customer Service Room And File Storage Rooms, Making Holes In The Load-Bearing Walls And Placing Lintels, Constructing Two Dormers On The Third Floor In The Upper Part Of The Building, Launching Ventilation Units, Cooling Units And Air Intake And Exhaust Hood In An Unused Attic. As Part Of The Planned Reconstruction, The Form And Function Of The Building Will Not Change In Relation To The Existing Condition. Note Mandatory On-Site Visit To The Construction Site. If An Offer Is Submitted Without The Required On-Site Visit, It Will Be Subject To Rejection Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law.
