Task No. 1 - Renovation Of The Tile Roof Of A Multi-Family Residential Building At Ul. Andersa 15 In Wa brzych, Plot No. 201, Bia y Kamie Precinct No. 18, In The Design And Build System1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Agreed With The Ordering Party, Then Obtaining By The Contractor On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Necessary Consents, Decisions And Permits, Along With Obtaining A Building Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection To The Execution Of Works, Allowing The Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Applicable Construction Law. , And Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of Roofs Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings Located At Ul. Andersa 15 In Wa brzych.2. The Subject Of The Order Has Been Divided Into The Following Stages: 1) Stage 1 - Within This Stage, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Obtain On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Consents, Decisions And Permits, Including A Building Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection To The Execution Of Works In The Scope Of Roof Renovation, Obtaining The Opinion Of A Conservator Of Monuments If Necessary; B) Preparing Simplified Design Documentation Necessary From The Point Of View Of The Subject Of The Order - 4 Copies Of The Paper Version + 1 Copy In The Electronic Version;2) Stage 2 - Within This Stage, The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works In The Scope Of The Designed Roof Renovation, Including Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party From The Competent Construction Supervision Authority A Document On The Completion Of Construction, Enabling The Use Of The Building (If Applicable).4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz (For Task No. 1) And In The Draft Contractual Provisions Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
