1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Construction Work Called: Renovation Of The Facade From The Odra River Along With Replacement Of The Windows Of The Pe Building At Ul. Saint Jadwigi 3/4, In Wroc aw 2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With: A) Design Documentation And Description Of The Subject Of The Order; B) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; C) Bill Of Quantities; D) The Contractors Offer; E) Health And Safety Plan F) Time, Material And Financial Schedule , [Hereinafter: The Schedule], Referred To In 7 Section 2, Point 2; G) Provisions Of The Construction Law, Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations, Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge And The Law In Force In The Republic Of Poland.3. The Scope Of Construction Works Will Be Consistent With The Design Documentation, The Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And Will In Particular Include: A) Replacement Of Window Joinery; B) Renovation Of Doors On The Ground Floor; C) Construction Of Granite Elements; D) Renovation Of Metal Elements; E) Installation Cables; F) Sheet Metal Work; G) Bricklaying Of External Stairs Walls; H) Repair, Replacement Of Plasters; I) Painting Plasters.;J ) Renovation And Reconstruction Of Stucco Details And Decorative Elements; K) Making Rustications On The Walls (Ground Floor); L) Dismantling, Renovation And Reassembly Of Gratings.4. The Contractual Works Will Be Performed Entirely By The Contractor From Its Materials, And For All Materials Used, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have: Approvals, Certificates, Technical Approvals, Or Permits For Their Use In Construction And Present Them At Every Request Of The Ordering Party Or Industry Specialists.5. The Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Template Of The Agreement, Which Constitutes The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Within The Meaning Of Art. 281 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Act On Public Procurement, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 6. The Renovation Will Be Carried Out In A Building Open 7 Days A Week, 24 Hours A Day. Therefore, It Will Be Necessary To Agree On A Detailed Schedule Of Construction Works With The User.
