The Aim Of The Project Is To Improve The Aesthetics And Functionality Of The Green Area By The Czarna Ha cza River, Creating A Modern, Stimulating And Attractive Landscaping. It Is A Form Of An Educational And Therapeutic Garden. The Main Idea Of The Sensory Park Project Is To Create An Attractive Space That Stimulates All The Senses And, Thanks To Its Rich Offer, Particularly Encourages Users Of All Age Groups To Spend Time. Several Thematic Zones Have Been Separated: A Zone Of Sight, Hearing, Touch, Taste, Smell And A Play Zone, As Well As An Educational Water Bed With A Stone Passage.3. The Investment Will Include The Construction Of: 1) A Paved Main Communication Route (Mixed Pedestrian, Bicycle And Roller-Skater Traffic): From The Existing Bicycle Path In Ul. 24 Sierpnia To The Pedestrian Route In Ul. T. Ko ciuszki In Suwa ki).2) Exit With A Hardened Surface From Ul. T Ko ciuszki To Service Plot No. 11439/2 And Access To The Technical Service Of Existing Separators.3) Communication Routes/Walking Paths With A Dirt Surface Next To The Thematic Zones Of The Sensory Park.4) Sensory Park: Low, Medium-High And High Arranged Greenery Along With Facilities Small Architecture Available For General Use, Constituting 5 Zones Of A Sensory Garden - A Zone Of Sight, Hearing, Touch, Taste, Smell And A Play Zone, As Well As An Educational Water Bed With A Stone Passage (Water Garden).5) Park Lighting.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Sst, Detailed Elements Of Architectural Equipment Are Included In Sst Architecture. 5. All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Applicable Technical Conditions And Regulations.6. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, In The Place Where The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Furthermore, All Such References Should Be Deemed To Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act And On The Principles Specified Therein Rests With The Contractor, In Which Case The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, The Relevant Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.7. If Trademarks Are Used In The Documentation, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Define Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Documentation. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Materials And Devices Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 8. The Use Of Labels In The Sst Documentation Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That Given Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Contractor, For Reasons Beyond Its Control, Cannot Obtain The Label Specified By The Ordering Party Or An Equivalent Label, The Ordering Party, Within The Deadline Set By Itself, Accepts Other Corresponding Means Of Evidence, In Particular The Manufacturers Documentation, Provided That The Contractor Proves That The Construction Works, Supplies Or Services To Be Performed By Him Meet The Requirements Of A Specific Label Or Specific Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party.9. The Use In The Documentation, Sst Of The Requirement To Have A Certificate Issued By A Conformity Assessment Body Or A Report On Tests Carried Out By This Body As Evidence Confirming Compliance With The Requirements Or Features Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Offer Evaluation Criteria Or Contract Execution Conditions Means That The Ordering Party Also Accepts Certificates Issued By Other Equivalent Conformity Assessment Bodies. The Ordering Party Also Accepts Other Appropriate Means Of Evidence, In Particular The Manufacturers Technical Documentation, If A Given Contractor Does Not Have Access To Certificates Or Test Reports Or The Possibility Of Obtaining Them In A Timely Manner, Unless This Lack Of Access Cannot Be Attributed To A Given Contractor, And Provided That A Given Contractor Proves That The Construction Works, Supplies And Services Performed By Him Meet The Requirements Or Criteria Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Offer Evaluation Criteria Or The Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order.10. In The Case Of Description Using Standards, Equivalent Solutions Are Those That Ensure Compliance With The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Standard At A Level Not Worse Than That Described In The Relevant Standards. In The Case Of Standards Referred To In The Swz (Unless Specified In Detail), Current Standards Are Understood. In Other Cases (Description Of The Subject Of The Order Using Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems), A Product, Material Or System With Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Mentioned In The Opz And Documentation Is Considered Equivalent.11. The Order Is Implemented Under Project No. Ltpl00050 Improvement Of Green Infrastructure In Urban Areas In The Cross-Border Region Under The Interreg Vi-A Lithuania-Poland Cooperation Program 2021-2027.12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make And Install 2 Commemorative Plaques. The Boards Should Be Made In Accordance With The Guidelines For Information And Promotion Of Projects Co-Financed By The European Union Under The Interreg Vi-A Lithuania-Poland Cooperation 2021-2027.13. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree The Design And Content Of The Boards As Well As The Place Where They Should Be Placed With The Ordering Party.
