The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task In The Design And Build Mode Consisting In The Design And Construction Of The Pszok Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point For The Municipality Of W growiec, I.E.: 1) Development Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ffu) And A List Of Changes To The Ffu, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Contract, Design Documentation Along With Obtaining Decisions Enabling The Performance Of Construction Works, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Technical And Construction Regulations And Technical Knowledge To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation, Acceptance And Use Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. The Documentation Of The Proceedings Included A Geological Opinion, Concepts, Connection Conditions, Technical Conditions, Greenery Inventory, Basic Map, Etc., From 2017 (File Entitled Annex No. 10 - Supporting Materials From 2017), Most Of Which Documents Have Lost Their Validity And Should Be Treated Only As Auxiliary Material. 2) Execution Of Construction Works Appropriate And In Accordance With The Principles Of Construction Practice, Based On The Developed And Approved Design Documentation; Building Permits And Other Administrative Decisions, Arrangements, Permits, Permits Obtained In The Course Of Designing The Investment Project,2. The Planned Project - Pszok - Will Be Located In The Part Of Plot No. 5351/31, 5351/33, 5342/2, District 0001 W growiec. Some Of The Works Related To The Road Exit Or Connections May Extend Beyond The Indicated Area And Scope Of The Registered Plots. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Informs That In The Period Until April 30, 2024, An Investment Project Will Be Carried Out On Part Of The Plot No. 5351/31, Consisting In Drilling An Exploration And Appraisal Well For W growiec Gt-1 Thermal Waters, While Using The Plot No. 5351/33 And 5342/2, For The Purposes Of Access To The Well Site. Due To The Above, The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement Regarding The Design And Construction Of Pszok Cannot Interfere With The Work Related To The Drilling Of The Geothermal Well. The Drilling Works Have Already Been Completed, The Remaining Work Is Related To The Removal Of Drilling Equipment And Land Reclamation Works (Including Removing Concrete Slabs, Dismantling The Tank, Leveling And Restoring The Land To Its Original State, As Well As Planning Topsoil And Sowing Grass).3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) (Appendix No. 10) And The Schedule Of Changes Together With The Clarification Of The Provisions Contained In The Ffu (Appendix No. 10A), Which Is An Integral Part Of This Swz.
