1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of Internal Roads With A Stone Pavement Surface And Parking Bays With A Surface Made Of Openwork Slabs In The Design And Build System In The Following Scope: 1) Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Permits, I.E.: A ) Development Of A Construction Design, Detailed Designs, Information On Health And Safety, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Other Studies Necessary For The Proper Performance Of Construction Works, Collectively Hereinafter Referred To As Design Documentation, B) Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes And All Conditions Required By Law , Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Necessary For The Proper Performance And Subsequent Use Of Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Design Documentation, 2) Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation Consisting In The Construction Of Internal Roads And Parking Bays, Including In Particular: A) Securing The Area Carrying Out The Works,B) Marking Out And Securing Temporary Traffic Routes,C) Demolition Of The Existing Bituminous Surface,D) Demolition Of The Aggregate Base,E) Removal And Disposal Of Demolition Materials,F) Construction Of A Roadbed For Road Construction,G) Drainage Of The Excavation,H) Construction Of The Foundation For The Retaining Wall,I) Installation Of The Retaining Wall From Prefabricated Elements,J) Finishing Works Of The Retaining Wall,K) Installation Of Protective Pipes,L) Construction Of Road Construction Layers,M) Planting Of The Area Adjacent To The Roads,N) Restoration Of Lawns,O) Cleaning Up The Area Construction.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz Is Treated Only As Illustrative Material And Does Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 103 Pzp.3. By Providing The Ordering Party With The Design Documentation, The Contractor Will Also Transfer To The Ordering Party, Without Additional Remuneration, The Economic Copyrights To The Above-Mentioned Work Resulting From The Act Of February 4, 1994 On Copyright And Related Rights (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2509), With The Remuneration For The Transfer Of Copyrights Will Be Included In The Offer Price.
