R., Item 682, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Its Basis, Which Will Include In Particular: A) Organization, Coordination And Supervision Of The Correct Implementation Of The Investment, B) Verification Of Compliance Of The Construction Design With The Assumptions Of The Design Documentation, C) Representing The Ordering Party At The Construction Site And Controlling The Compliance Of Its Implementation With The Design, Building Permit/Notification Of Works, Regulations And Applicable European And Polish Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, D) Checking The Quality Of Works Performed, Built-In Construction Products, And In Particular Preventing The Use Of Defective And Not Approved For Use In Construction, E) Checking And Acceptance Of Construction Works That Are Covered Or Disappearing, F) Giving Opinions On Material Applications (Submitted By Construction Contractors) In Terms Of Compliance With The Assumptions Of The Design Documentation For Materials To Be Incorporated, G) Participating In Tests And Technical Acceptance Of Networks, Technical Devices, As Well As Preparation And Participation In The Acceptance Activities Of Ready-Made Buildings And Putting Them Into Use, H) Participation In Acceptance Committees Appointed By The Ordering Party, I) Confirming Completed Works And Removal Of Defects, As Well As Controlling The Settlement Of Works, J) Issuing Instructions To The Construction Manager, Confirmed By An Entry In The Construction Log, Regarding In Particular: The Removal Of Irregularities Or Threats, The Performance Of Tests Or Examinations, Including Those Requiring The Discovery Of Works Or Hidden Elements, And The Presentation Of Expert Opinions Regarding The Construction Works Carried Out, Evidence Of Approval For Marketing And Use Of Construction Products And Devices In Construction Technical, K) Requesting The Construction Manager To Make Corrections Or Re-Performing Defectively Performed Works, As Well As Suspending Further Construction Works In The Event That Their Continuation Could Pose A Threat Or Result In Non-Compliance With The Design Or Construction Permit, L) Monitoring The Timeliness Of The Execution Of Works, ) Protection Of The Ordering Partys Interests In Technical And Economic Matters Under The Design Documentation, Construction Law And Contracts For The Implementation Of Construction Works, M) Access To And Stay At The Construction Site In The Amount Necessary For Proper Supervision, Starting From The Date Of Commencement Of Construction Works - This Is Required Presence At Least Once A Week And At Each Request Of The Ordering Party In Matters Requiring Immediate Action By The Investors Supervision. The Inspectors Presence Will Be Documented With Entries In The Construction Log, N) Notifying The Ordering Party Immediately (No Later Than Within 48 Hours) Of Any Irregularities Occurring On The Work Site, O) Participating In The Protocol Handover Of The Construction Site To The Works Contractor, P) Participating In Meetings Organized By The Ordering Party In Matters Related To Implementation Of The Investment Task And During The Guarantee And Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor Of The Works, The Meetings Will Be Held At Least Once Every Two Weeks With The Participation Of Supervisory Inspectors Of All Industries, The Ordering Party, The Contract Engineer And The Contractor) Informing The Ordering Party About Any Circumstances That May Affect The Timeliness And Correctness Of The Conducted By The Contractor For Investment Works And The Occurrence Of Circumstances Unforeseen In The Design Documentation, S) Giving Opinions On The Objections Of The Contractor Of Construction Works Or The Ordering Party To The Design Documentation And Making Appropriate Arrangements Or Providing Explanations, T) Making Regular Entries In The Construction Log And Verifying The Correctness Of Keeping The Construction Log By The Contractor Construction, U) Preparation And Participation In Acceptance Activities, In Particular Collecting Certificates And Attestations From The Contractor Of Construction Works And Confirmation In The Construction Documentation Of The Completion Of All Works Covering The Subject Of The Order, Constituting The Basis For Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol By The Investor, W) Keeping Photographic Documentation Of Execution Of Works, At Monthly Intervals (More Often If Necessary), In Each Facility, In The Necessary Amount, In The Form Of Digital Photos; The Photos Will Be Described In Detail And Archived In Digital Format.
